Since 2004, the group awards the Karl-Heinz Höhne Award for Medical Visualization in cooperation with BrainLab, GI and CURAC. We are awarding the price to an innovative work that focuses on visualization and is clearly related to medical questions, e.g. in medical education, diagnostics or therapy. The award is endowed with 1,000 EUR.

Besides the presentation of new methods we explicitly request contributions dealing with validation and evaluation of methods and solving medical problems through a „clever“ combination and parameterization of existing methods.

Please apply if you are a young scientist (m / f) with a diploma thesis or with up to two publications (published or to be reviewed) from the field of medical visualization.
